Dr. Jennifer Sarrett is an internationally recognized expert in disability inclusion and neurodiversity. As increasing numbers of employees are identifying as disabled and/or neurodiverse, organizations and institutes of higher education need to be prepared. Disruptive Inclusion can help!

With a background in social science, Dr. Sarrett will collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify your organization’s strengths and needs in accessibility. She will provide a full report with recommendations how best to leverage the strengths and address needs.

Strategies for improved organizational or educational accessibility need to be outlined and planned. Using data from the accessibility audit or your existing insights, Dr. Sarrett will lead your team through strategic planning focused on improving accessibility throughout your organization.

Once a plan is in place, we will work together to ensure implementation is successful. Ongoing assessment will provide feedback on effectiveness and identify areas that need adjustment. Dr. Sarrett will support implementation for as long as is needed but ultimately wants to provide your team with the tools for ongoing success.
